Its ironic that I was reminded of continuing my series when I read this article on Agile does NOT work !
The title is as controversial as from a certain successful politician!
Short of a Twitter war, my take away is, how critical it is to do a recurring self-check on your processes and team culture. More importantly, how important it is to invite your stakeholders to the retrospective. Listen > Adjust > Communicate
Have we side-railed in the journey by evangelizing the framework to even forget our destination?

Have we used a language and culture that our customers understand? To feel invited, do the attendees need some context that they can relate to? The final goal of improving customer experience relies on timely inputs from every stakeholder .
